i know most people have already said, i should do something different, but what about like 250-300 mg of sustanon non stacked, or perhaps stacked with d-bol?
what would it do by itself non stacked.
what kind of gains could i be expecting?
 
depends on your size, cycle experience, lifting experience etc. . . I think 500mg/week is good for a first timer, but plenty will argue that 250 is good enough. My theory is that the first cycle is the most effective so a little extra will make a difference, but others will argue that since you get your best gains first time, you shouldn't go high. Just depends on your school of thought. I can tell you this, 500mg will give you better results than 250mg, so it really depends on what your goals are, I tend to go all out but that's my balls to the walls personality.

um, well im 155 pds, im 5'11", i have a pretty extensive lifting experience, i guess about 4 years, im a boxer, i compete in amateur tournies, 5th ranked amateur super welter weight. anywho.
i havent boxed in about 5 months, and decided to bulk out a lot, and i want to perhaps try a cycle, and then in that cycle, build a lot so when i get off it, i wont lose a lot
 
I'd say do some more research, specifically about ancillaries and post cycle therapy. I don't advise you taking steroids at that low of a weight.

If you are bound and determined to take something, 375mg sust for weeks 1-12 and optionally 20-25mg dbol for weeks 1-4.
 
ok, well see like i said in my other thread, i just want to bulk my arms out, my lats and back are already huge, and incredibly strong. i just want more arms, and others. ive been doing a bit of research, but a lot of it leaves me coming up empty handed, i mean i think i know what i want, then someone advises or tells me different, and im not really dead set on roids, i just thought i would give them a try.
