What about site injections?

Most people say they don't work. I have a friend that's a national level BB that swears by them using prop. On the other hand if your doing ED or EOD injections the more sites you have available the easier it is to rotate sites and have less scare tissue.

prop will temp make the spot bigger thats about it

I think it works, or maybe its scar tissue build up, Buy whatever it is.......I know people who have shot on in one shoulder and that whole arm is considerable bigger.

Bro, this will be an ongoing debate forever, I do spot injections just to mix it up a bit but if they really did work then everyone who did a glute shot would have a big ass. So shoot wherever is comfortable for you. IMO

they work in theory because of swelling, the ONLY thing you can inject for keepable size is SEO but i wouldnt mess with that shit (gregg valentino is a notable name that obviosuly used that)

once the swelling subsides with the site injects the effect is gone...

only reason i hit bi's and tri's are for comfortabity of inject as they are sooooooooo easy and if im doing alot of sticks then its a good way to break things up.....
