It's my first cycle on test e only at 300mg per week, this the 5th week and I'm noticing my libido has increased and I gained some weight, but it's not from muscle, since I see exactly the same bodyfat percentage in the mirror, I don't know if I look like my muscles are getting bigger or I'm more muscular at all. Maybe my arms and back a little.
How much longer do i have to wait to see some muscle gains?
I eat 2 grams of protein per each pound now and do it consistent almost every day. My lifting and cardio is done daily and I rest Sunday and Wednesdays. 45 minutes lifting and 20 mins cardio every day.
