What About A "Smokers Only" Restaurant?

With so many city's banning smoking in restaurants what if you started a restaurant for smokers only. Inotherwords, you don't smoke you can't come in. I think alot of the smokers would go the restaurant just as a protest to the govt descriminating against them for smoking. And if you made the food really good too then they would come back.

The way around the law is make it a private club(you know like how restaurants that in dry counties can serve liquor. What do you think? Worth a shot or what?
