lemme get this straight cuz i didnt watch it, b/c I dont have 9:28 that I'm willing to give to these people....
they sculpt abs into your fat? so as long as you dont gain or lose more weight, OR experience any of the normal adipocyte remodeling that takes place every day, you're good to go?
thats just stupid.....even if it did look like abs, they're still gonna bounce when you run, and feel like a bad jello mold....
