It all started on Saturday (my b-day of all days). I woke up in a not so good mood and it just snowballed. I had to work that night and it went down like a mudslide. I was the manager on duty, I only had two girls on the floor, the dishwasher was new and I ended up doing half of his work so we could get out of there before midnight, the one girl I had working did nothing but whine and complain all night, the cooks fought with the waitresses, not one of my family members called to wish me a happy b-day. I was one unhappy camper.
Yesterday when I went to work I got my ass handed to me because certain things that the dishwasher did do were not done right. Then I was told that a customer complained that her food was not right and I did not fix the problem. Not true because if I would have known about it I would have fixed it. (cant fix something you dont know about). So I came home from work yesterday bawling like a little girl. Then to add salt to the wound the washer decided to plunge to it's death.
I am extremely hopeful that this week is better and I do not know if I can take much more. I am in the hunt for a new washer and have found a few in the paper cheap, so hopefully they will work out. I do have to go to the laundromat tonight as I really need to do laundry. My daughter is going with her grandparents to New Hampshire to visit her Aunt and Uncle and she will need clean clothes.
