i have followed the louis simmons approach to gear for the last year. i have not been off any. i have pretty much stayed on at least 750mg/eq week in and week out. now, i want to roll off and let my body recover for a "short time". I want to train for an up and coming bodybuilding show within the year. obviously, i cant be off for too long and retain the dense muscle. what are thoughts on pct, time off, initial cycle. i want to cut about 25 lbs of bodyfat with the next cycle?
