western union/po box question

1. should i send package to po box to name of person box is registered to? i have my po box in my real name since they asked for id when getting it. or can it be sent to any name?( i think not in my case).
2. my boy is sending package to his residence. he is paying by WU. can i pay it at WU and send it to his house in his name? i will be placing order for him and paying at WU. it will be shipped to HIS house. i didn't know if there might be a problem if I pay at WU but send it to his house to his name. never dealt with WU or PO boxes before...

You can pay western union for the pack and have it sent to your buddies house under his name or fake name without a problem.

if you send to a PO box under a fake name, there is a chance that the postal service wont deliver it to the PO box due to the name on the pack not matching the name on the PO Box.

I send to PO all the time. I use something like Attn: Merchandise Returns as the name and don't have any issues at the PO.
