i think the major difference between today's pros and 70's pros is HGH!

HGH is creating disgusting looking freaks of nature IMO. I think the bodybuilders of the 70's looked great due to genetics and diet and hard training. The bb's of today (competition) look like genetic freaks. It's not bb to me, it's just plain disgusting.

Governer Arnold is against steriod usage.

One of the great threads in EF history had dudes like Sofageorge discussing aas use in the late 70's early 80's. He talked about an underground riod that was a mixture of several different components (ie. eq,para,test,deca,primo) that guys would shoot eod.

pretty cool stuff, also included stories of guys shooting in the gym together and tossing their needles in the ceilings. Everything was open.
