i perfer the stand up tan booths....in and out in 12 minutes...gives me sharp, crisp tan lines.


if the burn get too bad, pf, sponge bath with some tomato juice.....the acid in the juice cuts down the sunburn sting.

one of my co-workers received a coupon for a month of free tanning.

he did the first session with no sunblock...for THIRTY MINUTES!

poor guy missed a whole week of work....said he couldn't wear any clothers for 4 days.

he also said his tool peeled like nothing he had ever experienced before.

Damn, somethign you gotta work up to. The beds where I go are amazing - I am a blonde Swede from Minnesota so generally I don't tan, I combust. So I started at 12 min and quickly built up to the 20 min and go about every 4 days right now. I don't go above 20 min cuz that would require more money. The bulbs are great tho.

THe stand-up booths tho - I will agree when I've done those I get toasted.

Personally, I have committed to protecting my skin and tan naturally during the summer, its just too dangerous.

A good friend of mine passed away from melanoma, it was very sad.
