Went on a holiday - Lost MASSIVE weight

I went abroad and got sick as a dog. Didn't eat much for 1 week and sweated like a pig. Did one 900mg chinamans EQ shot before leaving and now I'm back. I've only been able to eat about 0.5g protein per lb for this week and lost about 8lb. Do you think this might be lots of muscle and can be built up very very fast, like one - 2 weeks, or am I back where I started before stepping on this cycle. I just popped 25mg proviron first thing when I came home. Tomorrow will be first workout day and I will bump everything massive with the start tonight when it omes to protein and carbs. I need to get back to where I started. Shit it sucks being ill. Anyone ever got sick when on a cycle?
I know I've lost most gains on my legs, they are very very small right now. Upper body is smaller but not so much. I have one more week off from job so I'm going to focus on getting back this following week.
