We just had three sheriff's deputies sentenced a couple weeks ago for breaking/entering and assault. A couple years back a deputy was caught buying crack and smuggling into the county jail to sell to inmates. Two years ago another was sentenced to prison on multiple counts of bribery and corruption. Two years ago they tasered a guy to death.....
Why was the guy cleared of any wrong doing? Yeah she was lippy, but who cares about that?
If this officer paid any attention to anything he could have calmly requested to see this very tape. However, he was too busy spraying her in the face with pepper spray than looking around to see the camera.

All that needed to be done was to count down the register and have her turn out her pockets. Instead he maced an underaged girl. Dumb ass should have looked in his own wallet and figured out that he didn't give her what he thought he did.

The only people I know of who grew up to become cops (so far) are complete and total retards. I knew them while bouncing and whatched them use excessive force over and over again. I was also taken off door once (which meant I was out an extra $100+ a night) cause one of our headbouncers was getting free drugs in exchange for putting another guy on door.
And now he is a cop. Will he do that sort of shit as a policeman? I haven't spoken to him in 2 years but my guess is hell yes. That's the kind of guy he is.
The rest of my friends who applied to become cops were MUCH more stand-up. These are the types of guys who don't cheat on their gfs, treat people really well, always return a favor, never take bribes (even as bouncers), etc. None of them have been hired yet.
No offense to any good cops out there, but the whole thing is a bit of a joke from where I am sitting and it is a fact that simply being a cop does not make you good at your job.

How in the world can cops get away with that shit, that is scary. So a cop just needs to have a suspicion that he got shortchanged to excuse himself for assaulting a minor.

Come to Chicago where police brutality and corruption is #1. Unebelievable, really. My b/f won a lawsuit against the City of Chicago AND the Chicago Police Department. Hard to do but with the right lawyer - it can get done. It's sad - such power hoarding, control-issued, people. Sure there are good cops out there but they are few. You know it's completely screwed up when detectives tell you that most cops are power hungry assholes. Haha.
I remember getting pulled over once for my tints (they are illegal here) and after giving me a shpeal about God knows what and wanting me to sign a compliance document (which I must have told him a million times I AM NOT SIGNING THAT I WOULD LIKE A COURT DATE, PLEASE), he went as far as to lecture me about my CREDIT in the future if I don't pay. LMFAO - "Okay dad." They act so pretentious towards women it's sickening. I'm not an idiot and I know the law. I really cannot stand cops.

as was stated.....this could have been cleared up by the manager counting the till and matching it up with what the machine say's should be in there. That cop should be dead..........seriously.........if that was my daughter?? I would find where he lived. After seeing that tape.....how in the world could a PD conclude that umpteen procedures were NOT violated by this fuckhat?
Dayton is notorious for that shit. He had no business behind the counter or using his badge to settle a personal beef. She got some fly-by-night bro lawyer with billboards all over the hood who settled in a month and took at least $20k off the top. If she had been patient she could have gotten paid for real.....like a mil.
