What did you all say? A mod must have deleted the thread?

I was alll ready to bake him a nice cake with my warm welcome...I don't understand why he left in such a huff!

Thanks everyone. I would really like to see what you all posted....but, oh well.

I said something very similar to this:

You are a weakling, with no morals, or values. You took your wedding vows to your wife, and essentially wiped your ass with them. You are a nothing. I would smile if I read tomrrow that you were tied up and your genitals were set on fire.

I think everyone was backing him up and telling him what a good job he did... we are talking about the BFOLD strongman thread right?

This entire situation sucks, for the BOTH of you. I have no doubt that her husband is feeling extremely remorseful right now... I'm not saying i have much sympathy for him... he made his bed and can sleep in it... however, I do know that people make mistakes... for better or worse... they make mistakes.

It's important here that once the hurt subsides (if it does) that you forgive... you'll never forget... but it IS important to forgive... eventually. If you don't, you will be torn up inside... and well... take it from me... not very happy.

I personally think I scared him myself.

:)

I think you did too. No one likes to get smashed in the face with a cast-iron frying pan. I only wish I could be there to tag-team with a sledge-hammer to the shin-bone.

Yes, and I said there is now no TRUST in your relationship with your wife and you are pathetic and how will she ever trust you to be faithful? I also suggested you go out and find a man to spend the night with and see how he felt if you slept around (I know you wouldn't).

Then VB did some warm welcome cake thing, and it disappeared...she does have powers.

Try and forgive him for his own personal insecurities of which you do not share.

Stand tall and proud and continue to be the woman I know I soon will meet.

LOL...

I bet he'd have some "cool" response back for ya. 'Prolly about as "cool" as the empty side of his bed too...hehehe:)

Oh SNAP!

Anyway, in all seriousness. I've been cheated on. And we did the counseling thing. And things worked out.
Buuuuut.
You always end up second guessing the person. And everytime a movie is on (Lifetime network esp) with a cheating theme, the vibe gets all funky.

Like when you were young, watching TV with your parents and a tampon ad came on?

You are, by far, a better person than I. I could NOT live my life with that kinda thing haunting our past.

It would be far easier to just have him rip my heart out and step on it to save me this kinda situation.

Well, there were times I felt the same way. Now I wouldn't put it with it at all.

That is the thing that would ruin it for me. It would always be in mind that she had cheated. Counseling would help some, but that little twitchy vibe I would have and the inability to fully trust her would ruin it for me.

The trust and loyalty is the most sacred part of a relationship for me, and without TRUST I could not go on.

I would be devastated and it would be O-V-E-R!!!!!!!!!

My post about the first thing you think of when they are working late
or out of town is 100% true from my own experience.

yeah I'm sure he was feeling remorseful when he was banging that nasty chick with the zits and cellulite. He's feeling remorseful because he got caught.

I think shes said it. I know she said something about zits, but I'm not sure about the cellulite. I added that for dramatic purposes.

I don't know why the hell every thread dealing with this gets deleted or locked....it's perfectly acceptable conversation amongst members.

I've seen some supermodels with zits and cellulite -- granted, it was like cottege cheese on the back of their legs a bit... but it wasn't too bad...

Was she house-sized cellulite?
