"Alright guys, this is something that I have been working on and researching for quite a long time, so tell me what you think. In about 2 months, I am going to be starting my GH cycle, which wil consist of 4 ius per day for atleast 13 weeks. During that time, I have devised a plan to cycle other hormones that I will be stacking designed to :
a. minimize liver harm as well as prevent thyro shutdown, insulin dependence.
b. take advantage of a hormone cycling theory which I believe is the optimum way to use "supplements".
My plan is to use several mini mesocycles throughout the course of my GH cycle to optimize gains. Your body releases hormones in large waves, this is a fact. It all varies depending on your age, the calories you consume, your workouts, how much sleep you get, how much cardio you do, etc. So I am attempting to mimic a release of hormones that the body will be more naturally receptive to. Notice how you usually make your best gains in the first few weeks of a cycle? I am trying to make every week like that time by constantly providing the body with a fresh stimulus. Here is a basic outline of my plan.
Base gear-run for whole cycle:
GH-4ius per day
test 800mg per week
tren-100mg EOD
deca or EQ 300-400 mg per week
arimadex-.50mg ED
Here is what I will be alternating
Two week cycles of dbol @ 40-50mg ED
metformin at a gram per day
T3@ 75mcg per day
During each of these 2 week cycles (3-4 total), I will be doing more cardio (3-4 sessions per week) and eating less carbs, hopefully negating the fat gaining effect of the following 2 week cycles.
Next 2 week cycle:
slin@6-10ius 2times daily
heavy doses of glutamine, creatine and carbs with it.
very high calorie
less cardio (1-2 maintenance sessions per week)
Maybe some test suspension in conjunction with my GH shot to make sure I have a prime androgenic environment @50mg daily
Mega amounts of sleep. I am doing this cycle at a time when sleep and total training devotion will not be a problem so during each of these 2 week phases I will be getting 12-14 hours per night. Probably 12 hours at night and a 1-2 hour nap after my workouts.
May take very low dose T3 at this time just to combat the negative effects GH has on it (like 12.5-25mcg per day).
Well guys, this is something that I have been putting together for quite some time (years in fact). I am actually a little young to be doing GH (23) but I got my levels tested at the doc and they are subpar (even for someone in their 30's!) so I think I will really see some benefits from it. After the cycle I may continue the GH at a maintenance dose of 1-2ius per day for up to six months if I am happy with the results. My main goal here is to gain a lot of fat free mass. While some of you may be able to eat 6000 calories a day for your whole cycle and not gain any fat, that is definitely not me. Which is part of the reason behind my calorie, cardio, T3, and slin cycling. I think it will help tremendously in creating an anabolic environment without all the negative effects of long term use associated with slin and bulk eating. Well, what do you guys think? Also, do you think I should cycle the dbol during the 2 week insulin phase and maybe use low dose anavar during the T3 phase? I will be taking a lot of LIV52 and based on the recent study involving 12 weeks of anadrol @100mg ED, I think I can keep my liver fine. I want to keep atleast a low dose of 17aa orals in effect to be used in conjunction with my GH dose to optimize IGF-1 secretion, that is why I chose Dbol and var.
