Yup, it went ok on Monday. I elected to be tried by the Crown court(this is like a federal court to you US peeps... very high court)
For those of you that don't know the story, this is a different charge to the one last year(with the fight).
This one really is total bullshit. My employer, Wexham Park Hospital(Heatherwood and Wexham Park NHS hospitals trust) are accusing me of stealing 4 stinking amps of Valium.
BULLSHIT, I was off duty and I asked a so called friend(REX INFANTE- FUCKING SHIT STIRRER
-(the guy is so fucking confused he does'nt even know what sex he is...... serious, I think those estrogen supplements have fucked his/her mind up..... or maybe it was the fact that I told him to fuck off when he tried it on with mem but then slept with his best friend
)
Who was working on the ward at the time, then when security came round he reported me.
Now I am getting accused of stealing them, at the last minute I was getting accused of stealing them by deception cause I was in a uniform(my massage uniform, I do massage, uniform is totally different to my nurses one). Anyway he claims that I asked for the amps under the pretence that they were for a patient. What cracks me up is I will not go into details for obvious reasons but in this particular ward EVERYONE is taking med's from the store(sleepers, downers, pain-killers). Even when I was on duty once with a bad cough, the senior nurse gave me a WHOLE bottle of CODEINE linctus!!!!!
BUT I did'nt steal them, I asked him for them, I had a few beers, no ID, ne prescription card, etc...... AND he still claims he did'nt realise that they were for me..... in his fucking statement he even said I had a drug problem(uhh huhh cause I take test and he takes estrogen I have the problem). But he still gave them to me.
The case is full holes, and I don't think he will testify and it's only his word. That is why I opted for the crown court as it's very expensive and a jury in my opinion willl consider these factors better than a magistrate. My defense is hoping the CPS(prosecution) will drop the case 'casue of this.
Anyway this will drag on for months, but in the meantime I am suspended from work AGAIN without pay, although I can dedicate my liffe to the gym now(and in the worse case, if I go to jail than I don't think I'll have a hard time). Doing this and that to earn some money.
That is the story, so far.
The next trial is 2nd of July at slough Magistrates court, this is just the commital..... anyone in the Berkshire area can come and view it in the public gallery.

I'm getting out of nursing, I get to much shit. It is a shame cause I love the work, but there are so many people that just seem to want to cause you trouble, spread rumours and generally be bitchy. Saying that, the gym I do some work in isn't much better at times.
