stilleto said:i went to the probation offices today.
eww.
dirty people with yucky teeth.
blech.
stilleto said:yeah, pretty much.
it was an abandoned building in the middle of the woods. it's on 30 acres of land and the property next to it (cow farm) has around 50 acres. that's how remote it is.
4 other kids got caught. the Probation guy said, 'i can't believe i have to waste my time with this'.
jnevin said:I remember you posting about it. Punish teenagers in a rural area for going and seeing something new. It's not like they were vandalizing anything or doing drugs in there.
stilleto said:yup, exactly. i mean, yeah, they knew they shouldn't be there- but it was abandoned and WIDE open. the doors weren't locked. it used to be an Inn, that was then used to house adults with mental problems, then it was abandoned.
during the hearing, the judge asked my son why he went in. he's 6'1" with facial hair, but he's still just 16. he said, "we heard it was haunted".
they didn't damage anything and none of them had drugs or alcohol. these are good kids, for real. good parents too. they ride dirt bikes and don't drink.
we had to hire an attorney, all of us.
Army Vet said:I used to hate walking into my office when I was working at the county. The court house was in the same building and all of the freaks were always hanging out there. Riding in the elevator was a joy too - people who do not like to shower like riding in the elevator.
jnevin said:I blame the Jooz.
stilleto said:some bitch was talking loud on her cell phone while we waiting for the doors to open.
they opened and we went and gave our name. when it was her turn, she complained that she was there first (she wasn't).
some guy got pissed at her. oh yeah, that's what you guys need. more trouble.
Army Vet said:lol There is a reason why she was there.
Out local court house is right next to the Greyhound station too. WTF. Like a double whammy of freaks.
Scotsman said:How long is he on for?
Oh and that sucks the big wang.
Cheers,
Scotsman

BlueBird said:That is just f00ked. A childhood rite of passage has always been trespassing in haunted buildings...they might as well just criminalize kool-aid stands.![]()
stilleto said:my grandmother is jewish. i don't think she had anything to do with it.
jnevin said:Then it was the other ones.
stilleto said:I should sue the owner of the building for not securing it, except that would be retarded and also he's disappeared.
but I bet there are people who would do it and win.
BlueBird said:Yep, it is retarded but we're a litigious people, and I've heard of people winning these kind of lawsuits, especially when underage kids are involved and there's *enticement* such as unsecured entry.
stilleto said:dude, my other grandparents are dead. they didn't have anything to do with it either.
jnevin said:They're pretty crafty.
I don't think you're giving them enough credit.
