Two weeks early but I start dieting on the first and I would like a little size bump. Not sure what I will run for show as I gotta make it.....anyway I will just run a basic test/deca cycle like .....oh i dont know 750 cyp/ 500 deca....some anti -E probably Letro at 1mg eod. That for 8 weeks then it will be like Para, Masteron, Primo, Proviron, Test base (maybe) Anavar, HGH, Clen, Letro, Nolva, and some other shit I am not thinking of...Sure you want to compete at nationals ever....and I take it easy compared to many. I may move back up to heavies. I have been off for 6 weeks and I am still 227 pounds. I am a little flat, but I am still lean except for love handle area. (wait till you get over 30 those who are not!) 6 pac but love handles! Bullshit! Anyways, I digress. I am not sure I can get down to 198# again but I am not sure my legs will get big enough given the quad tendon tear. I almost get anxiety about doing anothe 1700 cal a day stint with no carbs but green beans for 20 day stints like last year for Jr Nationals. We shall see! Fuck! I like my Little Chocolate Donuts! :worried:

Sounds good bro. I hear you on the "love handles" at 40 plus that fat sucks hard. 1700 cals a day makes me cringe!

quad, i gotta say bro, ive seen your pics before, years ago and i was very impressed, you are by far one of the most dedicated guys on here to the sport. Any updated pics just to give us an idea of where you're at now? im not a plat mind you =) anyways good luck bro, you had an amazing physique last time i saw you and I hope your still going hard at the game which im sure you are. Id be interested in your cutting down diet sometime too, do you have any info on this? just currious.

Very long! I just want to stay healthy and train without getting hurt. Sis is good. backed off training for a bit but she recently joined my place and is training again.

My avatar is from last Junes at Jr Natls. Thanks for the comps. Diet last 4-5 weeks was this:

Meal #1 3 scoops Ultra Size 2 TBL heavy cream. (cream cut last 3 weeks and flax oil added)

Meal #2 Same as #1

Meal #3 8oz chicken, can of green beans

Meal #4 Same as #1 & 2

Meal #5 Same as #3

1 carb load meal at night every 10-20 days (no shit)

I take a lot of Liver tabs and aminos and those are counted too as calories.

I am finally back on too, just not in competition mode YET. I am going to give it another year or two probably but, I am 7 weeks into my first cycle in over 2.5yrs. Up 14lbs, dropping some fat and eating like a horse. Running 500mg Cyp, 500mg Deca, 50mg d-bol ED (for the last 6 weeks), all BD & I am quite impressed with it.

I almost stopped by your place the other day, I drove by & saw your car there after watching the Bengals game at my granparent's, but my kids were being hethens.

that is one body destructing diet bro. I'm not sure what ultra size is so i'm going to research it, but by the looks of that diet, it is quite harsh and hard to maintain longer than say 3 days , lol. k bro

3 days! I wish! actually i barly drop at that level. I was a heavy for so long it just stays if I am on any gear at all.

Nah.... there's about 20 years of muscle maturity behind that. With 'that', training and nutrition - gear is just a building block in a house, one ingredient in the mortar so to speak. Once you have this strong foundation; the material needed is minimal. One ingredient in the mortar without the others in equal amount does not necessarily build a stronger house.
