Two weeks early but I start dieting on the first and I would like a little size bump. Not sure what I will run for show as I gotta make it.....anyway I will just run a basic test/deca cycle like .....oh i dont know 750 cyp/ 500 deca....some anti -E probably Letro at 1mg eod. That for 8 weeks then it will be like Para, Masteron, Primo, Proviron, Test base (maybe) Anavar, HGH, Clen, Letro, Nolva, and some other shit I am not thinking of...Sure you want to compete at nationals ever....and I take it easy compared to many. I may move back up to heavies. I have been off for 6 weeks and I am still 227 pounds. I am a little flat, but I am still lean except for love handle area. (wait till you get over 30 those who are not!) 6 pac but love handles! Bullshit! Anyways, I digress. I am not sure I can get down to 198# again but I am not sure my legs will get big enough given the quad tendon tear. I almost get anxiety about doing anothe 1700 cal a day stint with no carbs but green beans for 20 day stints like last year for Jr Nationals. We shall see! Fuck! I like my Little Chocolate Donuts!
