Well, here we go. Tren/Mast/test/

1) Age 41

2) Weight and Percent BodyFat 205lbs/15.5%

3) Years of Consistant Training experience Sometimes life gets in the way but fairly consistent. I've been in many Magazines as a Fitness Model.

4) Previous cycle experience Age 21 Cyp 400 a week about 4 on 4 off 4 on. Gained 50lbs. Age 22 tried Anadrol half a pill a day of whatever strength was around then, too long to remember. did it for 2 weeks. Turned me into superman, a DICK and dropped my bodyfat.

Recently wanted to try VAR turned out to be Dbol I think (go ahead and start bashing me, I deserve it.) I was gaining quite of bit of weight and felt AMAZING but it is not what I wanted.

Got some BD 50s Started with one a day then moved to 2 a day. I'm told they run more like 35 per pill instead of 50. I was able to work out harder, but even though my diet was about 95% good I was not dropping any Bodyfat. I stopped and felt like crap. working out became a chore. I still keep at it, but its tough. My blood sugar drops as soon as I start training.

5) Training routine and Diet At 41 a host of injuries I tend to light, lots of reps with 10 seconds between sets. I've dropped many a big guy with my routine. Love Squats, cleans, kettlebells. I think I do to much HIIT to be gaining muscle though. As for diet I have trouble eating enough.

6) cycle Goals I would like a bit more muscle, but shredded is
the key.

Went to Doctor to get blood test. I should have the results Monday. I'm looking to do TestP50/Mast50/Tren50ED I want to keep it low because I seem to be very sensitive. I work in gym and can't just explode.

In keeping it simple what else do I need? Not up on all the jargon so talk to me like a small child (although I do have a degree in Biochemistry)

what do I run with it? How much? How Long?
PCT?
Special diet needs. Will I get better results cranking up the calories or do I cut.
Supplements?
Sorry this is so long, but I often see you guys asking for details. So here they are.
 
how old are you man? 41? u seem very un clear of what you want. you say you want to gain lean mass but be shredded yet you say you dont know if you should set your diet up for bulking or dieting. not to dis respect, but you should research more before you jump into more gear. You dont know what to pct with or anything. google is your friend man, go use it.

I'm going to pay attention to this....I think i'll be taking a similar test/tren cycle soon...I'm doing 500mg of test a week, 75mg/eod tren per week....10 weeks of test, 6 weeks of tren and we'll see how it goes....best of luck to u...cheers,
