well just finished a 5 week cycle of 400mg test cyp and 100mg tren ed. gained 12 lb solid muscle while keeping body fat about same. cut cycle short to take break and switch up diet will be starting new cycle in about 3 weeks which will give me 6 weeks recovery.. new cycle will be 600mg test enth. and 600mg deca with 50 mg d-bol for about 12 weeks. we'll see how this one goes and will get progress pics with the new cycle....
 
That's the next cycle I'm planning....300mg test prop, 500mg tren, 30mg dbol...for 5-6 weeks....looking for what you got....how many cycles have you done....also why would you go to a long cycle if you've found success with the 5 weeker??
 
I agree. 12 lbs of pretty solid muscle is awesome gains from a 5 weeker bro. Why not just keep it at short cycles. It looks like u got great results. Good luck either way though.
 
6th cycle, i get extremely good results off longer cycle, my last one was 12 weeks 22 lbs gained with little water. I had to cut this one short because i pulled someting in my foot and can't work out to my full potiental, so there's no use of continuing the cycle.

I hate it when people say bullshit like this, "I finished my cycle and gained x amount of solid muscle". Fuck, you must have better genes than Arnold to pull that off in 5 weeks! :p

Get off Arnold's dick man....many others can actually put on solid muscle in a short period of time besides Arnold....Arnold's a fucking human like the rest of us....He was born on earth, not fuckin' mars!! Television programs the shit out of us...there are others on this earth who don't compete and are not in the lime light of TV that have better genetics than Arnold!!

I usually judge my progress like this... start lbs, bf. Then finish lbs, bf. Then after pct lbs, bf. It gives you the whole picture.
Nice job by the way. I wish I was 250. I sneezed and went from 240 to 235. Fuck me!
