Another day of feeling uncomfortable, depressed, and unsure of my stability here.

Struggling with If, How and When I will just decide to walk away from a job i've spent years at. Where I've earned a decent salary and worked my way up the ladder... Knowing that I will have to start all over again.

NO, they haven't canned the prick...

To the best of my knowledge the only thing they have done was council him and put the complaint in his file.

If the last meeting with HR and my supervisor would have took a different turn then I don't think I'd feel so shitty. But after what we talked about in that meeting I walked out feeling like I was the blame.

I dont think they will... A well written letter from a law office is enough to make most companies give into demands, especially for something so intolerable as sexual harassment.

and Lestat, No not completely. I'm still angry at her. do i hate her, No I don't.. will I ever give her the trust that she once had? No I won't.

I allowed her to get her belongings from my house.. Only cause having them there and worrying about it was to much for me to want to even deal with right now... I have other bigger issues on my plate.. I have my entire life right now placed infront of me and decisions to make.

She fucked up and she knows it.. I am the one and only person she could completely rely on in times of need. I pray for her in hopes that she finds it in herself to be a better person in the future.

Take your company to court. Go see a therapist if you have to. They are fucking up at every move. It is obvious your HR department is not in good hands. A good attorny will have them by the balls.
If you want to scare them.. meet with HR and tell them exactly how you feel and that you feel they not only let you down but that they were blaming you!
I would sue the shit out of them. If you are going to start over why not do it with a ton of money in your pocket!
