hey Ya'll!!!
I have been REALLY busy with work.. I got a promotion and I really cannot slack off anymore.. (they offered me too much cash.. so I have to take it serious now)
I also have a wonderful new girlfriend.. well.. not new to me.. but new to all of you. I am sure you will hear all about her later. She is hot and really funny. I have been wasting alot of time with her too.
Other than that.. I have not been doing anything new. Still the same old guy. How have ya'll been? I thought they kicked all of the older members out of here. I log on and see all of these people I did not know about. I was not gone that long. Who are all of the new people?

The girl is into cars. I took her to her first 10.5 outlaw race a few weeks back She was into it and now she is pushing me to put more cash into my car. (she is not black)
My car IS coming along. It is just really slow right now because of Christmas. Plus you know how it is when you have a new girlfriend.. doing the dinner and all of the little gifts and shit. But here is the lowdown on the car.. The tranny (TCI Powerglide) is ready so is the rest of the drivetrain minus the motor. The motor is out and in pieces. I am raising the compression to 13:1. I got rid of the solid lifter cam and went with a Doug Herbert Roller (flat tappet). The heads are in the machine shop now beinged bored and re-sized to fit bigger valves and making sure the top of the combustion chamber will fit the pistons I got. The pistons are JE domes. I have a new 1050 dominator to go in place of the 850 double pumper. and the block is getting hottanked and rehoned. As soon as Febuary comes around the heads and block will be ready and I am hoping to have all of the body work done to the car. It is a ladder bar car so while I am running all of the new fuel lines and delay box and fuel pumps.. I am gonna set up the suspension for my weight. The guy who last raced it was about 50 pounds lighter than me so although that does not sound like much.. it will make a huge diffrence in the way the car leaves, especially with the amount of motor I have in it. The carr will leave at about 4000 rpm at about 675 HP. the torqe should be around 600 at 4 grand. The car weigh 2150 with motor. So that is a pretty hard launch. I have never driven anything this fast so I want everything to be perfect.
