out of the blue just now i decided to measure my hips... i have dropped just over half an inch on them in the last month... no weight loss just off my hips...

i wasn't expecting that because i've been a bit lax about my cardio... must be the leg pressing i've started right?

edited to mention i gained an inch on my hips when i started back at the gym in feb/march.
 
Good job but if you sent me pics of the tuna I could see the progress better. send ma a tuna pic now and one in 2 months that way i can judge if this exercise is helping firm and strenthen you up.
 
If you lost it off your hips, you must have put it somewhere else.....not necessarily as fat. Anyway its good progress.....

Good for you, Small, I just got back from my orientation at the gym. Ouch!!!!

The man who oriented me was so fine. He is about the same height as me, shaves his head and has a nice body. And the most beautiful brown eyes. :)
