A guy I train with is on wk 4 of a dbol only cycle. its his first cycle. Yesterday he called me over while he was runnin on the treadmil to look at his legs. He said when he does cardio, or trains legs(which isnt often) He gets these HUGE humps on his legs. And he did, he had like 6 different places where it was doing it. like when you knock the hell out of your head and get a gooseegg, thats what it looked like all over his legs. Hes never had them before. Any thoughts on what it is?? Or if it cause of the dbol??
thanks guys.

not muscle pumps, but separate egg-sized lumps? smaller? firm or movable? painful to touch?

are they located along lymph chains? (look up an anatomy chart for lymph nodes)

or maybe he's really bad at synthol injections

No its not pumps. its shaped just like an egg. they are not that firm(if you try you can push them in) He said it hurts some when you push on them, but otherwise, he said it feels like a constant cramp. ???

Sounds like swelling - possible lymph like these guys ^^^^^ said.

Could possibly be knotted muscles if they are feeling like pumps or the other guess would be water. Is you buddy lean?? If so he may not be able to handle the water retention so well so the water is taking the path of least resistance and forming "pockets" of swelling.

He is not that lean?? Maybe its the lymph nodes, dont know shit about them but Ill tell him to look into them. Should he worry bout anything??

You don't want to mess with your lymph nodes - there are very serious illnessess / diseases that can happen if you do. I would tell him to go to a doc - if they don't bug him that much just deal with it.
