I'm leanign down, dropping a few lbs for summer, and I have changed my workout to 12 reps instead of 8 and I don't have a lot fo time anymore. So lately, I have been lifting for an hour or so, and then I go into the MMA room and do some kick boxing, jump rope, and bjj/wrestling. I also throw in some wash boards from time to time.

I haven't ever leaned down like this before, but i was wondering if this will effect me at all? Meaning, effect my muscle physique, but i expend 110% of my energy while lifting so...post on peeps
