WEightloss on Clen

Hey all, Ive been on Oxyflux, about 10 pills total a day (that seems alot, but my batch is week as shit), and I have dropped from around 214 to about 208, and Ive been on it since around Friday of last week, doing cardio about 4x since that for around 1 hour a day, lifting only 2x so far this week, and plan to do some lifting today, and a little cardio tommorrow.

Ive been supplementing with the usual multivitamens, as well as around 4g of Taurine a day, and a little Xenedrene EFX to keep me from getting too tired (clen makes me feel tired for some reason), as well as some Reishi Mushroom Extract (someone said its good for cutting, but that is yet to be determined), as well as using LIPODERM-Y (similar to Yohimburn), 6 squirts 2x a day.

My question is that since I am weighing myself in the morning, and consuming the right amount of Taurine, and drinking around 8 liters of water a day, I figure my weight loss if not waterweight so far, but 5lbs in a week seems almost too good to be true. What do you all feel is a typical weightloss on a 2 week clen cycle? I figure if I keep up this pace, I can drop from around 214 (start) to around 203 by the end of next Saturday.... does this seem reasonable?

(and Im not combining with T3, just running a pretty clean diet, with the occaisonal piece of chocolate to keep me sane).

I started my spiropent two days ago and would be keen to know if these type of results can be acheived
 
well my caloric needs are around 2200, but when you put in the weightlifting of around an hour, and the running of 3 miles, or swimming or biking an hour. I do about 1 hour cardio about 3-4x a week, and workout around 3x a week, and do around a half hour of cardio the other days, so that puts my caloric needs at around 3400, so Im thinking that running a 2000-2500 calorie diet per day, depending on energy expenditure. So that puts the defecit at around 500 calories minimum, and up to 1000 in a day.
 
man i hate oxyflux but the place i get it at is selling it at $5 a bottle cuz there is so much in store an dthey cant sell it so i buy it-------but i have to pop a ton to feel anything.
 
Clen

Clen is not s vey potent fat burner when you compare it to T3 or DNP. I think a lot of people expect too much from taking clen. Your weight loss seems on the money. Diet and cardio are really where its at though.
 
thanks for the replys guys... I was just getting fed up with a tolerance to ECA stacks, and wanted to try something that would give me some quick results. I realize that nothing comes easy, but it seems that once I can cut down, I can keep the weight off easy, its just the whole process of cutting weight in the first place.
 
well got some results back, and Im not sure on the total weight loss as of now, as I have had some fluctuations the last few days in the range of 3-5 lbs. I dont think I have been getting enough fiber, and had been eating foods that had been sitting in me longer. But after going almost 2 weeks on the Clen, I definitely have had noticable results to the eye in my Ab region, as well as my chest region. I was pretty lean in the lower body to begin with so I have not noticed too much fat burning down there, but have noticed more veins in my feet for some reason (maybe I never checked them out before I did a total body checkout, like I did today). But I am going to get my bodyfat tested by a professional and will keep you posted.
