I need some help from you guys!

What are you goals? (fitness, strength, aesthetics, etc.)

What have you done in the past? (length of time you have been training, current split, etc.)

What resources do you have available? (gym, food, # of days you can/want to train)

I am 5"11, 200 lbs. Been training on and off for 5 years. (I just turned 21 a few days ago and have been on and off since I was 16) Benchpress I'm at a plate and 30 max repped 3 times.

I play hard basketball 6 hours a week and run on the treadmill 2 hours a week.

I have a membership to the local gym, which has unlimited resources, I have money to buy whichever food is required, and I am willing to train 4-5 days a week.

I am looking to lose 10-15 pounds of fat and gain muscle mass. I plan on taking clenbuterol in March-April to get as cut as possible. Ideally I'd like to be 180lbs with less fat.

I would like to add that since I am 21, I do go out and drink on weekends with my friends, and it is basically unavoidable, however I do drink hard liquor only and with diet pop or tonic water.

What I would like to know is..

1) What should I eat when I wake up?

2) How many meals a day should I eat?

3) I am thinking of getting whey protein, what kind should I get and when should I take it?

4) Any other supplements etc that I should get from the store that would help me achieve the best results?

Thanks a lot in advance for your responses. I've been a member here for a few years but usually lurk and read forums.

Lurking for around 4 years.. I think that's classified as Serial Stalking or something.

1) When I get up I eat plain oatmeal with chopped walnuts and 1 scoop of protein powder mixed in. You need to get fueled up for the day so you want your carbs, protein (I believe casin protein is ok in the morning, I use Whey Iso though).

2) 6 - 8 clean meals a day. I try to eat a clean meal every 2.5 hours during the day (Chicken/Rice, Protein Shake, etc). I believe the reasoning behind this is to keep your metabolism up.

3) Any Whey Isolate Protein powder, I have it between meals. Have some Casein protein before bed. I like to eat cottage cheese for that.

4) Maybe some CLA, Green Tea. Pick up some Multi's, Flax oil. For muscles get some Glutamine, BCAAs, Creatine for pre/post-workout. Others here know of some good recipes for pre/post-workout shakes. I prefer NO-Shotgun for a Pre-workout, easier.

Pick up the "Anabolic Kitchen" ebook from this site, has great recipes and info to clean up your diet.

Would be a good idea to cut back on the liquor, but you should still be able to reach your goals.

Clean diet, Train hard, few supps for a little extra boost.. you should be set. You may not even need Clen in march/april.

:) Hope that helps somewhat.

btw.. this might be better in the diet forum.

What's your workout routine look like? Besides the basketball and treadmill.

I think you should hire someone. You have money and your gym has resources and your goals are so achievable that a blind dog could lead you to them...go hire a trainer at your gym.

I have enough money for supplements is what I mean. I'm not that ballin, lol.

I have been cutting down on my alcohol to only once a week, and from about 10 drinks to 5-6. Usually when I binge drink a lot, I get PAC's, extra heartbeats etc whenever I am hungover. I was wondering if this would be a reason to not do clenbuterol?

I am in fairly good cardio shape, I mean I am 21 years old, play intense basketball for near 3 hours straight once a week + cardio.

I wouldn't do clenbuterol if I hadn't hit a plateau. I do not find myself losing weight, instead I maintain it and my muscle's do become stronger. My friend has done clenbuterol with fantastic results. He went from 6"2 270lbs down to 215lbs in 6-7 months.

I hope that at 5'11" and 200 lbs you haven't hit a genetic plateau.

Of course, I'm just a beginner though.
