Fellas I am 6ft 315 lbs I was thinking of doing a cycle for the summer do you think that I should do it now or weight til I lose some more weight. I am not a novice lifter I have been in the gym for yrs lifting 6 days a week just had a few problems so I did not care what I ate at the time, and I blew up. let me know what you think thanx The Game[email protected]
 
I'm sorry I dont understand are you asking me why I didnt diet before the summer? and 15-20lbs I was going to incorporate in my cycle t-3 and clen along w/ diet and cardio. thanx though
 
T3 is a dangerous drug...not something to mess with. clen and T3 are not wonder drugs..they will help you drop your bodyfat a little bit. the only that drops bodyfat in my book is a strict diet and cardio and very intense training sessions.
 
I have a friend that used DNP to lose weight, made him sweat constantly, but he lost about 15 lbs. But since he didn't diet well or cardio he just gained it back. So, like Jc said, cardio and diet are key. But I see no reason why not to get a little drug help.
