Finished weighting 14 pounds in the second week
bodyfat before 11% now 15%
 
Sounds pretty good so fat, I would cut out some of the cals and maybe hit a little cardio to watch the body fat increase. Good Luck!

Yeah, will begin cutting all those ice-creams and big macs but they work so good with roids

Yellowbomber, good idea on cutting back on the calories. Come cutting time you'll regret the junk you ate.
 
They are good for bulking but eating alot of fast food of gear(or even when not on gear) in not very healthy, try to eat clean foods, e-mail or PM me if you need any help on your diet or anything else.

I've been dieting 2 months, carb cycling, no fats and all that shit and have became a shity fitness model, so that will bulk up till 16-17% then stop and maintain
