I have a question. Someone told me that for males, weight training will increase their overall testosterone production. Does anyone know anything about this?

I have not read this or experienced it. In fact, blood testing can reveal that measured levels are down for these trainees if "over training". AM and PM testing results also can vary.
I do know that bone density is helped tremendously by this training. I had such a test at U of Mich and had the density of 20 year old male.
Looking back over the years, IMO .... moderate weight training and moderate light aerobics along with a balanced diet and rest is perfect for laying a healthly foundation for all people.
