After doing Roids for more than 10 years starting in 1978 at ripe age of 53 I have put on more weight than I ever thought I could. Now looking at going back into lifting (not in competition mode anymore) what are some good supplements to help loose this weight. I have been told by my doctor that I am healty as in great blood pressure, a bit high colestrol, but a fat belt around my waist. She doesn't aprove of roids but oh well.:angel: Any ideas out htere
 
Question: How do I lose muscle?

Answer: Avoid all protein, eat 1000 calories of sugar everyday, take a multivitamin and workout chest tris shoulders in the morning, legs in the afternoon and back biceps and traps at night everyday.
