Weight Loss, Muscle Fatigue, and Anabolic Steroids

So, a few months ago I made a decision to loose some weight and get healthier. I’m 27 years old, 6’ tall, with a large frame. I have lost 43 pounds (my goal is 60lbs) in the last 5 months and seem to have hit a wall. That is the reason for the post, I need some advice.

I started this journey with nothing more than a pair of Nike’s and some free weights. I don’t count calories or carbs but I do pay attention to them. I just eat less crap and move around more.

In the last 6 weeks I have lost 1 pound a week and I feel tired all the time. I’m talking take a 2 hour nap after work and before gym time. I also feel physically weaker. Let me give an example…

When I started I would jog about a mile and my lungs would burn and my side would ach. Now, I jog 2 miles and breath heavy. I feel good.
When I started I would do 20 push ups and be winded. Now I do 25-30 (not the increase I wanted) and my muscles are so fatigued I can’t do any more.

My uneducated guess is that I have also lost muscle mass and that is why I am having a hard time with weights. I read online that HGH is great to rejuvenate and build muscle. I have read on many of the other posts that other people suggest other products. I was going to buy GenSci Jintropin but now that I am ready the supplier I had lined up is not returning my emails. This is getting more complex than I wanted it be. I am willing to take your advice and see what other suggestions I have not thought of. Thanks!

my advice would be to eat 8 small meals a day or every 2 hours...the first 3 meals you can include carbs like brown rice or oatmeal...the last 4-5 just meat and veggies...for meats eat only chicken fish or beef but limit beef to 1 serving a day..also cut out the condiments, eat everything plain and you will see the difference...i would suggest cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for 45 mins...and your weights in the pm...you could even add in a post weight cardio session for 20-30 mins for added fat loss.....this is the general program i follow and its working wonders for me...this is also not just something that i came up with..it was given to me by someone who trains pros...i will tell you that its very hard to eat like that but you gotta ask yourself what you really want...at times you will question why the hell you are torturing yourself like this but the results make it all worthwhile...good luck bro

if he's eating 3 meals a day, 8 meals a day is not the way to go, 4-5 smaller meals would be better for him.
Count your carbs, proteins and fats for the next week and average them out to see what you are taking in. If you are low carb, low fat and low protein, then you will definetly feel fatigued ans loose muscle. I am guessing that is the case. Maybe carb up a couple days to get some energy.
Def do not use hgh, but great job so far loosing that weight, we know it is not easy to do that in a short period of time.
