Weight Gainers?

FAUSTO

New member
Hello to everybody my name is Fausto. I have been using Mammoth 2500 for a while and i find it easy to mix and goes down nicely. My question is do you guys think this is a good weight gainer or are there any better ones. I have tried a lot of things by Twinlab and find there products great also. I was thinking of trying Super Gainers Fuel, do you have any opinions on this product. I am into Powerlifting and i am looking to bulk up a lot but with not too much bodyfat.

One other thing is guys that i live in the Republic of Ireland and the market for supplements is not nearly as big as it is in the States, so there is a lot of things that i can not get over here. Also money is not a commodity that i always have the luxury of having, and i know that a lot of you have the same problem as me.

Thank you guys for any help that you can give me.

I like BSN's True Mass... chocolate malt flavor kicks ass. Been taking it for about 4-5months now. Good stuff.

I like Optimum's Pro-Complex.
However, I think that real food is a much better and more efficient way to gain weight. Weight-gainers tend to make one fat, due to the fact that they are created generically, as opposed to specifically.
By tweaking your diet accordingly, you can target the amount of calories you want to add EXACTLY. I personally do not recommend the usage of Weight-Gainers unless under the use of AAS (in case you physically cannot eat more).
However, learn to eat more, its easy :)
