Personally I just add 50 grams whey protien to 3 cups skim milk, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 cup ice cream, 1 tablespoon flax oil, and I blend it up for 1050 calories of pleasure.

THE FRUIT FLAVORED BIG BLAST IS LIKE HAVING A SNAPPLE. 10 MINUTES LATER YOU'RE HUNGRY. OF COURSE YOU CAN ALWAYS GET THE CHOCOLATE AND MIX IT WITH HALF ANF HALF AND ICE CREAM. IT'LL TASTE AMAZING AND BE AROUND 1000 CALORIES.
