weight gained on prop

i am just about hitting my 4th week of test prop, 1 cc

i can bench alot more than i used to, my squats are way higher in weight, shoulder presses are killer good, etc..

but, weight wise i have only gone up 9 lbs in almost, but not quite 4 weeks.
i am watching my fat intake, and not taking in carbs late at night. i also do cardio half an hour a day.

all my friends and family have noticed a size difference in me and have made comments, my wife says my muscles are hard, and my abs feel muscular.

all good signs, but is 9lbs in the first four weeks not enough weight gain? or is that an acceptable gain?

It depends bro. Has your BF gone up or down? If it has gone down, you have probably put on more than 9lbs. But honestly, 9lbs of lean mass is pretty good for only 4 weeks.

Body fat is down, i have not gotten the % test done yet, it is coming up this week, but both my wife and i noticed i have lost quite a bit of fat around my stomach, so i would say it is not all lean, but i sure am not any fatter, if anything, like i said, i have lost a good bunch around my stomach.

for the end of the cycle though, at end of week 8, should i cut carbs down alot and do a lot of cardio, or will that destroy all my work?

some beleive that water retention and bloat are not as severe with TEST PROP. that could be the reason for not massive weight gain. 9lbs is great progress.

Agreed. Maybe you should access your expectations and make more realistic ones. 9 lbs in 4 weeks is great. Especially considering Test P usually causes less bloat. So that means there's a better chance that a higher % of your gains are solid. Smile bro. Sounds like your body responds well to gear.

9lbs of solid muscle thats alot why.. cause your doing cardio everyday your gaining and dropping BF, thats awesome progress especially on test prop less water etc.. also think about it get 9lbs of meat (thats heaps) and think about spreading it around your body thats how much you have gained

heads up bro, congrats
