Weight Gain Question

Ugggh... Since I have been home these past 3 months I have gained 13pds (clothes are starting to get a little tight)
The up side if there is one Is I have become stronger in the gym and I like it.
When do you ladies generally start "cutting" or loosing weight for the warmer months?
I thought maybe I could hang onto this extra weight for awhile and make it work for me... Your opinions would be greatly appreciated.

I do 12 week cutting cycles, so if I have a comp in June, I start sometime in March.

If you're in a cold winter environment, HANG ON TO IT! You'll stay much warmer. :-)
