Week six....exploding!!

My goal was to hit 500lbs by the end of this year, if I'm right, I will hit that the next few weeks. I started at 425 and I hit 485 this morning....I should be just under 600lbs with my bench shirt. I'm running 400mg deca and 700mg of test cyp....I was doubting it until week 4 into week 6 now....and I'm amazed. Just thought I'd share.
 
Yeah that my biggest concern is ripping a pec or hurting my shoulder...I've been under that type of weight under lockouts and off the 5 and 6 board...so it's not completely alien to my body....but from here on out I'm going easy sticking to the same numbers for a week or two before moving on....but damn it it's impressive moving up 10 pounds twice a week....but like you bros pointed out, and like I've read before I need to let the ligiments and tendons catch up. Any one got suggestions?
 
Not much you can do for the ligaments/tendons except give them time. After my elbow was reconstructed the doctor told me that it would take a full year before the transplanted ligaments were fully established and reached 100%. just be careful and go slow.
