Starting monday I am taking out my tv out of my room and training the mind, body, and soul. I am reprogramming my mind with intense meditation and building my physques with intense training. I am not going to overtrain but just train harder I never done before. I will only come out my room to eat and bathe. I will also be praticing my martial arts and improving and inventing some moves. I figured I needed to toughin up. When I say reprogram my mind, I mean concentrate more and try to cease some emotion, like sensitivity, but will keep some for the ladies
After that week I am probably going to look for a gym to join. I will rest, but the next morning I am at it again.
Any motivation out there to keep me lasting for a week?
