Week 8 cycle update

Did my bf%, weight on Sat.

Here are the results:

Beginning
6'3"
216lbs
bf - 22%( yeah I know 22%= big fat squishy bastard)
lean body mass 166lbs

Week 8
224 lbs
bf- 11.8%
lean body mass 198lbs

Gained 32 lbs of muscle, lost 24 lbs of fat.

4 Weeks still to go. Hoping for 225lbs-230lbs with 8% bf

Thanks. Of course I've been training hard , oddly though cardio has been less than consistant.

Using H.I.T- 1 set to failure 2 exercises per body part, and it's paying dividends- big time!! A half hour of hell 3 times per week, gotta love Mentzer!!

OOooo, now im excited, I will be using ttokkyo EQ 600mg wk, brovel T200 enth 600mg wk, fina 75mg/ed and winny 50mg ed. I cant imagine what I would look like with a good 25lbs :)

Looks like a good cycle. I always run a deca to keep the joints happy. I ran the sust, eq & deca for the first 6 weeks, added fina and winny at the 6 week mark. I also added Triacanna @ 4000mg/day.

I had no problems with anxiety, but I never went over 400mg/wk.

I tend to use lower doses of multiple AS, for longer time periods. Just had more success that way.

Diet is actually relatively low cal. Avg is 2400 cal per day. Have a bro who does sports nutrition programs, and he gave me 5 different meal plans, doing heavy yprotein, low fat with good carbs, drink maybe 1 protein shake per day. Lots of baked chicken, egg beaters, tuna, turkey breasts etc.
