Week 6 stall - need advice.

Been on 500mg sust for 8 weeks now, i improved my lifts steadily the first 6 weeks, 45lb bench, rows and chinups, 60 on dls etc. eating 3500 calories daily, I gained about 20lb and 1.5 inch on my guns, my veins also seems to pop like never before. Anyway, after the stall i increased calories to 4000, still no strenght though. I'm getting 400g prot, plenty of carbs and good fats. I'm happy for my gains, dont get mé wrong - but stalling two weeks sucks. Should i just start PCT and conclude i should stick to short cycles or ride it out? Thanks. Shoulder presses increased from 220x5 to 220x13 btw so thats good imo. Next cycle ill use 500mg test-e and use a kicker.

How long are you planning on staying on? Are you getting enough rest? It happens.. try just eating a little more... and riding it out.. or come off.. up to you really...

Planned it for 12 weeks, i "only" workout 4 days weekly, i typically do 20 sets pr workout, if anything the issue is my job, running 5km, climbing, rowing and all kind of "forced" cardio - i try to compensate with more food and sleep on those days. Think ill go off and start pct, then back at it in a few months.

Cool... sounds good.. and yea.. if you're doing a shit load of calorie burning.. you gotta eat... LOTS...

Athletes )ie people who work out) are generally deficient in one or more vitamins and minerals. Taking AAS places extra demands on your system because it helps build muscles faster yet without the essential building blocks (ie vitamins and minerals) your going to stall. Zinc and magnesium are too common elements athletes lack. Id start with a good ZMA supplement and see if that helps. Also, 3500 cals doesnt seem like much if your lifting 4x a week plus all the cardio.

Bro I fully agree with the Zyg. You Need To Eat More. With all that cardio you not gettin enough fuel into the furnace. Eat and Rest all you can then you will prolly see improvement. Remember you dont get big in the gym (meaning its all about recovery) and it doesnt appear that you are getting enough.
Good luck and keep us posted.
