Week 5 results...

Sups bros,,, been of the net fore some weeks and now im currently @ week 5 doing:

1-4 -- Russian Dbol @ 20 mg/ED
1-8 -- TT Sust @ 500 mg/w
1-8 -- TT Deca @ 300 mg/w

Clomid later on ofcourse...

My supps are: 400 mg Vitamine B-5/ED to fight of acne

Im currently up 20 lbs and still gaining weight every day. Im 175 lbs @ 7% bf.

During the first 3 weeks I gained about 10 lbs and it wasn't hard to tell it was mostly from the d-bols. I had a good increase in strength and I grew in size, I wasn't bloated but you could tell I had retained som water.

I was away for some 5 days at the week 3 to 4 weekend and when I came back I saw a noticable difference in the mirror. I hadn't been working out, I had only eaten normal 3 times a day when beeing away... but still. I had gained 4 pounds and looked hard as hell.
I had veins surfacing everywhere, my back was buffed up as hell ... the test and deca definatelly had started it's magic.

I've put on about 20% weight on all my sets in the gym, I haven't had any problems with shoulder/wrist/knee/joings/elbow/anything pain, I havn't had puffy nipples, no acne problems,,, things have run smooth.

I'm actually considering lowering my food intake to somewhat halt my gains. Is it advisable? I would like to stay in this 20-25 gained-lbs-region.

I had planned to gain 25 lbs totaly during the entire cycle, and maby keep 20 lbs. By the looks of it now I've been gaining roughly 4 lbs per week and this week is no difference.

Good job!
Just keep a close eye on youre waistline,if you notice you are gaining some fat then cut back on calories,mostly from carbs and fat,keep protein the same.If you don't think you are gaining any fat,then keep the calories high and keep growing.Remember,you will lose some of youre gains when you come off,so stock pile now while you are on so you will be left with more size when it's over.
 
Hey bro my cycle is nearly the same
Days 1-25 doing russian dbols 20 mg/day
weeks 1-8 500 mg sus and 200 mg deca.
I started monday at 158lbs and today I am 163. At this pace I think i will put on 40 lbs, a little bit more than I thought.
I do injections in the quads
 
ROAD DOG: ...yah,, well, im not to strict,, I mostly just eat anything I come over as long as it's not soaked in grease... but mainly my thought was to lower my intake overall,, I would definatelly try to keep the protein intake higher and cutting more on carbs and fat

laundryjump: I know the feeling, but I don't think it's realistic to put on 40 lbs... I know I wouldn't want to. I don't want to have stretchmarks all over and I don't want ppl around me getting to suspicios. The sus and deca, what brand? ...
 
I got holland organon sus and organon yellow tops deca. I am now in wk 2 and the size increase is noticeable for myself. I hate the fact that people in the gym will see me increasing strength so much they become suspicious. Oh well, minor prob.

Human grade gear is the only way to go. The vet gear is made for animals.
 
similar cycle here:
wks 1-4: 30mg russians
wks 1-2: 750mg sus, then 500mg through wk8
wks 1-8: 200mg deca, Norma Hellas

i'm in week 7, up about 32lbs. bf% is around 9, pretty scary looking right now, definitely noticeable...
