Sups bros,,, been of the net fore some weeks and now im currently @ week 5 doing:
1-4 -- Russian Dbol @ 20 mg/ED
1-8 -- TT Sust @ 500 mg/w
1-8 -- TT Deca @ 300 mg/w
Clomid later on ofcourse...
My supps are: 400 mg Vitamine B-5/ED to fight of acne
Im currently up 20 lbs and still gaining weight every day. Im 175 lbs @ 7% bf.
During the first 3 weeks I gained about 10 lbs and it wasn't hard to tell it was mostly from the d-bols. I had a good increase in strength and I grew in size, I wasn't bloated but you could tell I had retained som water.
I was away for some 5 days at the week 3 to 4 weekend and when I came back I saw a noticable difference in the mirror. I hadn't been working out, I had only eaten normal 3 times a day when beeing away... but still. I had gained 4 pounds and looked hard as hell.
I had veins surfacing everywhere, my back was buffed up as hell ... the test and deca definatelly had started it's magic.
I've put on about 20% weight on all my sets in the gym, I haven't had any problems with shoulder/wrist/knee/joings/elbow/anything pain, I havn't had puffy nipples, no acne problems,,, things have run smooth.
I'm actually considering lowering my food intake to somewhat halt my gains. Is it advisable? I would like to stay in this 20-25 gained-lbs-region.
I had planned to gain 25 lbs totaly during the entire cycle, and maby keep 20 lbs. By the looks of it now I've been gaining roughly 4 lbs per week and this week is no difference.
