was up bros. well if you dont know i'm on week 5 of 600mg per week of ttkk deca and 40mg of thai dbols. my bench is up 50 lbs, almost every thing jumped like 50. i feel pumped hours after i have worked out. i am eating good and doing little cardio. but still seem to be getting more defined. at least thats what i have been hearing. when i started i wheighed 204 now weigh 220. my body fat i havent checked but was 15% before . so its going really good. i'll post again soon.
