im doing test prop at 100mg eod weeks 1-8
eq @ 300mg week weeks 4-12
fina @ 75mgeod weeks 6-12
t3/clen/eca etc
i started at
189 lbs
12.106 % body fat
i am now 195 lbs and 8% bodyfat
i have lost 4 inches off of my waist, but most of my measurment have stayed the same or gotten bigger
i am using a zig zag diet approch
4 days low-no carbs, then 2-3 days high carb
i do about 30minutes of cardio 4-5 times a week
my strenght has improved quite a bit.
i am way more defined.. i love it
i cant wait till the eq/fina kicks in
