started at 179 after dieting down from 192 (this I think is important to note)
current weight at end of week 3: 188
I am eating non stop at least 4000 cals per day and 350-400 grams protein a day (getting ready to add more)
sleep at least 10 hours a night sometimes 12-14 hours waking at least once to chug down a protein drink
fat seems to have decreased instead of getting fat like I usually do when bulking
hardening of muscle seems good and strength is higher but I still feel that the stuff has NOT kicked in and that the weight gain is the result of coming off the diet and eating very heavy.
From what I've read the KICK comes in at about week 5 or 6
Feel free to share your experiences with deca btw mine is tt300
