Week 3 Generic Ox Results

oh, and In light of recent feedback I've decided to change my bulking var cycle to a cutting cycle.

6 weeks left on this cycle.

My plan:.

2200 calories. 50/30/20 p/c/f
(5 meals of 55g prot, 30g carb, 10g fat)
Cardio, 45 mins, @ 135bpm, 5 days per week. empty stomach. morning.
Lifting 4 days per week heavy compounds.

Anavar, 40mg/day.
ALA 300mg per meal (total 1500mg)
Liquidex .5mg/day
NYC 2 before cardio, 1 at lunch, 1 at dinner. (AF tabs)

When the var runs out in 6 weeks, I do 2 weeks of clen post cycle.

Looks soild Bro. You might want to do a little more for post-cylce recovery because the var for that duration will leave you pretty shut down.
 
Your total weekly calories looks good, I figure you'll burn around 2,000 calories per week doing cardio, maybe 1,500 per week lifting, along with the muscle weight gain which will increase daily caloric need from the var, I wouldn't be surprised if you lose close to two pounds of fat per week with this program. My only concern is if you eat 2,200 calories every day-even on days that you don't exercise at all, that you will overdiet on some days, and underdiet on others. In order to lose two pounds per week(which is possible with vitamin S) you have to consume 1,000 calories less daily then you burn. You just want to make sure that each day is 1,000 in the hole, not some negative 1,500 and others negative 400. You might want to consider 1,600 on days you don't exercise at all, then you have more calories for the days you lift, or both lift and do cardio. Maybe 2,000 on days you only lift or do cardio, and 2,400 on days you do both. Using this stepped approach has enabled me to drop from 15% to 4-5% bodyfat while still gaining 12 pounds of muscle in one year without anabolics. I'm just now starting the same basic cycle as you, only I'm concentrating more on gaining lean mass. Good luck!
 
I disagree with such an agressive diet. On var having a 1000 calorie deficit would defintely cut in on the majority of the potential gains. I think the diet Twitch outlined would be ideal. Especially after taking ala, liquidex and nyc!! Good luck and would like to see after pics!
 
Its the same total calories, just eating less on the days he doesn't exercise and more on the days he does. Could you imagine only eating 2,200 calories on a day you do cardio and lift balls to the wall? I agree the diet is very aggressive, but he set it at 2200 calories a day. I personally would never cut my calories more that 500 a day below how many I burn that day, but the whole point of his cycle it to lose fat, so he can choose to shoot for losing two pounds a week with the help of the anavar, which is what he will most likely get with an average of 2,200 per day. The way I suggested is barely do-able, but 3-400 calories more per day would be better.
 
FYI, I tried bulking on 40mg of anavar and creatine a while back.

I looked fucking DISGUSTING afterwards. I put on a couple lbs of muscle and the same amount in lbs of fat, and that wasn't worth it at all.

No blame to the anavar, just my lunatic idea of taking in 4000+kcals with an anabolic as mild as anavar. Just use it as an anticatabolic while cutting, it won't make yer arms smaller :)
