(5 meals of 55g prot, 30g carb, 10g fat)
Cardio, 45 mins, @ 135bpm, 5 days per week. empty stomach. morning.
Lifting 4 days per week heavy compounds.
Anavar, 40mg/day.
ALA 300mg per meal (total 1500mg)
Liquidex .5mg/day
NYC 2 before cardio, 1 at lunch, 1 at dinner. (AF tabs)
When the var runs out in 6 weeks, I do 2 weeks of clen post cycle.
