dbol has been 30mg per day 10mg ttokkyos 3 times daily
deca was 200mg week one, 400 week two, 400 week three.
ive been eating about 250 grams of protein daily divided up into 6-7 meals. Carbs have been moderate (not too high) and fat has been pretty high. This is just a general update and will have more info next week. My strength hasn't went up as high as i thought it would by now with 30mg of dbol/day. i will be running the deca and dbol for only 6 weeks then use clomid, clen, and eca for the spring/summer.
