up 8 lbs bodyfat about the same...running 400 ttokkyo deca and 300 eq a wk and about 10g of creatine a day....:D :D
 
no way you can gian 8lbs of muscle with those AS's in 2wks,no friggin way...eq takes forever to kick in and deca about 3-4 good wks so i bet my bottom $$$ that its water and probably a change in yer diet that did it to you so far

It is impossible to be up 8 pounds of muscle on a week time. Im sure your carrying something in your intestines. Your intestines can carry up to 15 pounds of food during digestion and water retain. It is IMPOSSIBLE to build 8 pounds of muscle in a week.
 
I weigh myself first thing in the morning...so there shouldn't be too much deviation in the amount of food in my stomach
 
Why must people constantly kid themselves on shit that is physiologically impossible. Just because EQ and Deca aren't supposed to cause water retention doesn't mean you aren't holding more water than before you started. I'm assuming you were either dieting or on a maintenance diet when you started. If so and now you're eating in caloric excess to gain weight then you will put a lot of water weight on just for that reason.

Anytime you are in caloric excess, regardless if you're using AS or not, you will hold more water in your body than normal. If you were to stop your cycle right now and go back to eating your BMR then you'd lose most of that weight in a few days. You probably gained a pound or two of muscle as you can do that without drugs, but wake up man there is no way you've gained 8 pounds of muscle already.
 
No way, not 8lbs of MUSCLE...if you've started to eat more carbs, then you've started to hold more water. By the way, why did you decide to cycle deca and eq? Anyone, correct me if I am wrong, but arent these two very similar, or don't they warrant the same effect?
 
me and my buddy are doing a similar cycle and he put on 8-10 pounds the first two weeks and I knew it was because of the carbs increase btw his diet is shitty and at week 6 he has lost 10 pounds. He shouldn't be doing AS as his diet and training suck, me I'm week 5 so far so good for me cause I got this board and Listen to the good advise on diet and training

I'm up 16lbs in the 5th week of an 8 week cycle. I know about 5 or 8 is water, but fuck it, it's motivation all the same. Let it fuel your fire to do more hard workouts with compound movements, and to eat more than you've ever eaten before, and pretty soon you will see some awesome 'real' gains. Good luck, and hit it hard bro!
 
good job. although the quick wieght gain was probably due to your diet, just wait for the AS to kick in. your gains will be great. next time cycle deca or eq with test and watch your gains explode. test is good for getting gains right away. deca is good for long term.
 
I always get some bloat from deca,I also run one or the other,eq or deca.just look at the water retention as a little padding for the heavy liftin to come.good luck.
