first week of 20mg/d dbol 200mg deca/wk
no noticable strength gains yet
but about 5lbs added
will be taking more dbol this week, up to 40mg/d
training is 6*wk - mon strength session, inc dead @130kg, pressup with 55kg added, db row 34kg, one arm shoulder press 26kg, front squat 80kg all 5*5.

tues rubgy -sprint session
wed olympic lifts, clean n jerk 80kg, snatch 60kg, one arm db snatch 34,40,40 and swing snatch db 24,26,28, plus spin class
thurs rugby training, team and tactics, so do 3*3 dead at 120
fri SAQ session 2 parts, 1 cv 1 anaerobic
sat rubgy match
tomorrow climbing

weight 202 and rising
height 180
10 years on the weights
bf 12% estimate
daily protein about 240gms, much much more carbs, stuffing myself at every oportunity, hoorah

i am now!
up until this year i was 6 or 7, but felt like a change, so thought some extra weight and strength would go down well:D
