Week 1...In the books

Started my deca/sust250 (winny to start later) feel good put on 5-6lbs. so far.
Trying to eat like a house, i think I made myself sick today drinking so much water early in the day(not used to it) and felt a little krappy in the gut all day long.
Tomorow 2nd shot.

Can't be from the juice. You won't fell the sustanon for at leas 3 weeks and the deca about the same. Probably all the food your eating.
