Do you think there is a season, date, time ...etc. when a person should stop wearing leather? Or is that no longer true?...any advice?

Leather pants? For men? In my book, never to be worn! Unless you go to one of those bars on Hudson Street (not that I have been there - it's what I understand they are about). But that's another story. And you would have to come to New York to check it out for yourself. And tell me all about it, of course!

I really hate it how many ppl say tht guys cannot ware tight tops of leather pants !! i mean if u wanna waer it then go ahead! now if u look good in itis another story, post some pics and will tell u if u look gay in them !!and it also depends on where u r going, like some clubs may think its gay but2 others its just normal !!(no jokes on gay clubs !!)

leather pants are NEVER appropriate in Florida (or any tropical/semi-tropical climate)*
You can see lots of leather being worn in northern Europe (men and women, straight and gay) the climate is condusive to it.
*only exception is if you really DO ride a motorcycle

Specially in Orlando, Darling, I would assume that you would probably fry your so hardly worked out legs in leather pants.
I usually do not like men in leather pants, as I told you before. Too obvious, Darling. Too obvious. Trying too hard to be sexy. I am from the school of fashion that believes that people, specially men, should wear more elegant clothes. Unless you are into S&M or a Harley Davidson person. Then you would fit in.
What kind of pageant is it? Are you supposed to conduct "thorough" analysis of the contestants? Please, give us all the sordid details, Darling. And the description of the wardrobe you have in mind.

It will be for the " Miss Gulf Coast Regional Entertainer of the Year" which is a prelim to the Nationals. Catagories will include : Creative Presentation, Evening Wear, Q&A,and Talent.
As to my new outfit....Im not going to be dressing up for it, I'm sure of that. I will however be wearing something that is trendy. It will be a pair of "Nokta" low rise jeans. A shirt by "Pistol Pete". Yes, I know they are not Expensive fashion, but it's what I can afford. Besides I have just been able to wear thing of that nature. Now that I have achieved a little bit of muscle and weight.
Well that is the short end of the stick.
Thanks for your advice, I welcome it all.....

Well it gets in the 30's in Tampa during the winter and I am not the only one in leather pants on those days. They sell lots of leather pants in all the shops here too.

if you are going to be doing public presentations in your career, seek out a well connected publicist in your area... make sure and get one with fashion ties... general rule around here is, if you are wearing it consistently in front of crowds over 200, you shouldn't be paying for it.

Reminds me. A few days ago I saw a black fellow walking along dressed in a bright purple three piece suit, some shiny shoes, and a fedora with a big feather. After he walked by I joked "I wonder where are his hoes?"

Leathers for motorcycle are perfectly legit.
I recall that on Happy Days, to prevent the Fonz from looking like a homo they made sure that in every scene he had a leather jacket on, his bike was also in the scene. Even in the bathroom.
