Alright guys, so here's the deal. I'm looking to compete next year if all goes well and I feel I'm in full condition, i.e. no injuries from training mma or liftin heavy ass weights...and yes, I'm looking to compete in bodybuilding.

Here are some things that I need to work on and would appreciate any advice:

1- Quad size
2- Tear drop region is almost non-existant
3- Hamstring size
4- Quad / hamstring separation
5- Biceps peak
6- A more "square" look from side delt development
7- lower ab separation
8- lower lat width
9- middle back thickness
10- rear trap development

I think I'm being a little harsh on myself, but I know that if I improve all of the above, everything else will follow.

All input is appreciated.

Also, I'm looking for bulking tips right now...I've pretty much plateud at 200 lbs. I'm 5'8" with about 9% BF. I'm a big dude for my height, but owuld like to be 220 lbs in the next 6 months.
